Some of the issues addressed in session are (but not limited to) : depression, anxiety, stress, anger, addictions, acoa, eating disorders, family of origin issues, trauma, PTSD, children issues, addictions parenting issues, BPD and nutritional concerns

Lori provides a safe and trusting environment for her clients thus enabling people to expand their awareness and gain a stronger sense of self. Nutritional and psychological issues can be addressed individually or jointly, depending on the issue and the individual.

Group

Lori provides weekly psychodynamic group therapy for men and women . The psychodynamic group provides a space for people to experience ways they express themselves in a safe and supportive process. The group offers support, feedback, safety and connection.

Psychodynamic groups have the same people each week. There is no set topic, as members bring their issues and dynamics to the group to process.  Members give feedback to each other, offering a supportive  approach to growth.

These groups are weekly and require commitment. The groups explore personal issues such as: anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship issues, behavioural patterns, assertive communication, trust, integrity, all while  revealing and exploring unconscious dynamics.

Pre-screening is required.

Nutrition

Nutrition may be discussed as a session or within the psychotherapy session, depending on the individual needs. With some individuals a change in nutrition can facilitate the emotional process.
